**Job Title:** Document Management Specialist - Junior

**Introduction:**

We are seeking a Junior Document Management Specialist to help implement and manage our enterprise-wide document management systems. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization can efficiently capture, store, retrieve, share, and securely destroy electronic records and documents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures.

- Ensure efficient capture, storage, retrieval, sharing, and destruction of electronic records and documents.

- Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to technical assignments.

- Perform tasks requiring practical experience and training in document management.

- Work under supervision to meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Library Sciences, or a related field.

- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in document management or a similar role.

- Understanding of document management systems and processes.

- Ability to work effectively under supervision and collaborate with other team members.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on preserving data integrity and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.76 - $34.64 per hour
