**Introduction:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Management Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to lead our efforts in organizational and operations analysis and enterprise reengineering. This role demands a deep understanding of industrial engineering and process improvement techniques to enhance organizational efficiency and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead tasks and teams in organizational and operations analysis and enterprise reengineering.

- Evaluate and redesign organizational structures to eliminate redundancies and enhance efficiency.

- Establish clear managerial accountability across different levels.

- Utilize industrial engineering and computer techniques for work measurement and process improvement.

- Develop organizational and process standards and determinants.

- Apply Activity-Based Management techniques for cost analysis and performance improvement.

- Facilitate benchmarking, process mapping, work measurement, and the development of performance metrics and manpower budget estimates.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a management analyst or in a similar role.

- Expertise in industrial engineering, process improvement, and Activity-Based Management.

- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing and implementing effective business strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $87,600.54 - $105,497.42 per year
