Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and various prospecting methods.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
• Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
