Responsibilities:

Update and manage buy plans for multiple departments – including Home and Accessories.

Run weekly Best Sellers report & other ad hoc reporting as needed

Create 3^rd party styles in SAP & Teamwork and assist with PO creation as well as follow-up with vendors for order confirmation

Sit in on buy meetings and assist with determining categories and trends to buy into

Work with intraoffice departments on day-to-day activities such as:

o Accounting - Invoice approval

o Production - Cutbacks, missing styles, style creation for MRT sportswear & swim

o Marketing – New licensed product, events, pop-ups, ECOM messaging

o Allocation – Ensuring product is in proper doors and in good inventory positions for upcoming promos, events, etc.

o DC – Work with DC on shipping deadlines

Other assignments as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint; ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Detail-oriented

Sincere interest in Buying and/or Merchandising in a corporate retail business

Positive and professional attitude
