Main Responsibilities:

1.Capacity Management: Responsible for supervising component planning and scheduling engineers to do long-term capacity planning, simulate the layout of production capacity in advance of strategic planning, and do a good job of daily capacity deployment work.

2. Demand Management: Supervise the planning engineers to assess the risk points based on the customer demand, market forecast, combined with the capacity load, and carry out the plan management and demand review;

3.Delivery Management: Responsible for supervising and approving the reasonableness of the scheduling plan, formulating the delivery risk early warning reporting mechanism; ensuring that the delivery meets the order requirements;

4. Cost management: Responsible for leading the promotion of component scheduling to the optimal cost, switching the minimum loss as the basis for continuous optimisation;

5. Process and digital development: sort out departmental processes and digital system requirements, improve departmental workflow and develop related systems, so that it is highly compatible with the actual work of the department and continuous optimisation;

Job requirements:

1.Familiar with EPR and other systems, good at office-software;

2.Communication skills, and stress resistance;

3.Rich production and material planning and control of professional knowledge and practical experience, with more than 5 years of production planning experience is preferred.

4.Strong organisational coordination and resilience, data management and analysis capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.

5. Priority given to bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.
