TrinDocs is Hiring a Client Account Manager Near Lexington, KY

Job Title: Client Account Manager

TrinDocs is a leading document management software company based in Lexington, KY. Our software automates purchasing and streamlines payable processes, enhancing organizational productivity.

We are seeking a Client Account Manager who is passionate about helping companies learn our software and become more efficient. In this role, you will play a crucial part during the implementation of our solutions and in assisting existing clients to maximize their usage of our platform. You will act as the bridge between our technical team and clients, requiring strong relationship-building and communication skills. Some technical knowledge will be helpful, and you must be comfortable leading group discussions and one-on-one meetings with senior developers, accounting, finance, and other IT personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
  • Assist clients in understanding and optimizing their use of our software.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on software features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their current processes and workflows, and map out solutions to address their issues or enhance their efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead group discussions and individual meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of TrinDocs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and client relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain software solutions.
  • Comfortable working with senior developers, accounting, finance, and IT personnel.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • A basic understanding of accounting is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and automation.
  • Must be able to work in the Lexington office full-time

The goal of this role is to help our customers learn to love our software more than they already do! This includes training them on features, solving new problems or workflows, rolling out new business units, and growing the footprint of our application inside their organization.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
