Engineering Design Manager – Tulsa Area

As an oil and gas Engineered-To-Order business, we are committed to understanding each client’s specific goals and executing them as our own. As this business is growing, they are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team!

• As our Design Manager, you will ensure your team executes all design deliverables for our various ETO gas processing equipment projects.
• Plan and direct activities of the Design section, document filing/control, and standardization activity.
• Must be a self-starter, be able to thrive in a team environment, conduct performance reviews, training and job development for staff.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for section per ISO 9001

Requirements

• Previous management experience that includes 10 or more designers is required.
• The position requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of energy industry design experience; 5 years of which must be in energy process equipment.
• Advanced relevant industrial proficiency in Mechanical Design using 3D software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Manufacturing experience in an ISO 9000 environment is required.
