ER Patient Registration | Tulsa, OK

• Hours are 7p-7a
• 2 shifts are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday | Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Base Pay $15/hour Shift Diff $1.50 for 2nd shift $2.25

Job Description:

Registration Representatives are accountable for greeting and directing patients and visitors. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Representatives must have the ability to properly collect and enter financial and demographic information into a computer; maintain patient confidentiality; provide clear and concise information to those who request it; be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; and be detail oriented. The position tends to be fast-paced and somewhat stressful. Representatives are responsible for identifying patients; inputting financial and demographic information; collecting monies due for co-pays. Individuals must be physically capable to transport patients and their luggage.

Education:

High School or GED

Experience:
