High School diploma or equivalent. Associates preferred. Medical Terminology training. Prior employment in customer service and a health care environment preferred. Certified in, or the ability to pass, CPR training and certification Knowledge and ability to use computer applications. Ability to complete data entry functions. Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and group representing diverse perspectives. Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of the organization.
