POSITION PORPOSE

• Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) supports Talent Acquisition efforts in Southeast Michigan. Primarily for the Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Livingston County markets.

• This role offers the flexibility of remote work, combined with a hybrid model that necessitates an on-site presence in Southeast Michigan for various events and meetings. Expectation of One day per week on-site at Trinity Health Ann Arbor and flexibility to travel to Chelsea Hospital and Trinity Health Livingston, as needed.

• Supporting the Trinity Health Southeast MI market, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for assigned divisions and job families.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• The Talent Acquisition Partner actively collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers for assigned divisions to address Talent Acquisition needs.

• Provides consultative services including workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, regular reporting and developing sourcing strategies as needed, while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and delivering a top-notch candidate experience.

• Activities include but are not limited to attracting and identifying candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; conducting interviews; guiding newly hired colleagues through the onboarding process and coordinating relocation services.

• Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent.

• Sources, assesses, and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.

MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline required or equivalent work experience

• Experience: Three or more years progressively more responsible related work experience in Talent Acquistion.
