FirstChoice Leaders play a vital role in filling interim leadership positions within our extensive healthcare system spanning across the nation.

13 Week Assignment

40 hours per week

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Interim Mother Baby RN Manager, works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide administrative support and direction to staff within Mother Baby/Pediatrics and Women and specialty care nursery assigned area(s) of responsibility over agreed upon assignment (interim) period.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe high-quality patient care/services as directed by the ministry/site executive team. Reports to the ministry/site senior executive, based upon assigned interim duties; and to the FirstChoice executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Registered Nurse RN Licensure: Valid and current Michigan registered nurse licensure is required.
• Experience: 5 or more years of RN Manager experience in Mother Baby is required.
• BLS certification, required: Current American Heart Association.
• NRP certification, required

Pay rate is $4450.00 Gross Weekly. This rate includes a tax free stipend. Or option of $3000.00 Gross weekly and Trinity Health pays for travel and lodging.
