RN's with greater than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. RN's with over 3 years of experience are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000! Inquire about eligibility and details!At Mercy Medical Center the Intermediate Care Unit provides quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non-life-threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions. What You Will DoIn this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.
- Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.
- Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Previous cardiac monitoring/telemetry experience preferred. Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.
