- Position is Monday - Friday
- Daily census is 15-20 patients
- Onsite X-ray and Lab
- Local and Regional Access to Specialists
- Competitive compensation package
- $25K BONUS

- PSL/NHSC Eligible Site
- Annual CME allowance

- Primary Care experience strongly preferred
- Active NP/PA license and certification required
