Trinity Hospitals is Hiring a CLINIC NURSING DIRECTOR Near Minot, ND

POSITION SUMMARY
- The Director of Nursing Outpatient Clinics provides administrative oversight and assistance to the Clinic Manager in the development, organization, implementation and evaluation of Clinic Operations in accordance with accepted practice and Trinity Health policies and procedures. This includes personnel oversight, providing on-going performance improvement metrics, ensuring current standards are met and ensuring that the skills and educational needs of the staff are met. The Director is responsible for the quality of patient care. The Director ensures that safe patient care is provided by qualified, competent, patient care staff to all patients who present to the clinics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
  - Ongoing CPR certification
- Educational Requirements
  - BSN required
  - Prefers MSN or Master's in business, health administration or other related field
- Experience Requirements
  - Minimum 10 years of nursing experience with progressively increasing management/operations experience
  - 5 years Clinic management experience preferred
  - 5 years Clinic nursing experience preferred
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Requires travel to satellites
  - Participates in weekend manager on call for clinic
