Trinity Health is Hiring a PROVIDER RECRUITMENT & CREDENTIALING MANAGER Near Minot, ND

POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for the recruitment and retention of the medical staff to include locum tenens staffing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - None
- Educational Requirements
  - Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  - Certification as a Medical Staff Recruiter preferred.
- Experience Requirements
  - Three (3) to five (5) years successful physician recruitment experience required.
  - Minimum of three (3) years experience in health care industry,
  - Minimum of two (2) years physician credentialing experience required.
  - Minimum of two (2) years experience in management or supervision, required.
  - Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
  - Solid negotiation capabilities preferred.
  - Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval required.
  - Experience with word processing and clinic software system helpful, but not required.
