Trinity Life Sciences is Hiring an Employee Relations Manager Near Waltham, MA
Essential Functions
- Research and resolve routine employee relations issues including but not limited to performance management, employee disputes, and employee complaints.
- Conduct investigations in a timely, thorough, and neutral manner to gather facts, identify root-cause, assess policy or other violations, and provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary action.
- Provide consultative guidance to managers and employees on routine employee relations matters.
- Tactfully mediate disputes.
- Ensure appropriate, high-quality documentation is created and compliant with established HR Operations processes and relevant employment laws.
- Assist the HR Business Partners in the project management and execution of annual processes, initiatives, and projects.
- Support HRBP strategic initiatives such as people plans, M&A efforts, etc.
- Partner with HR Operations to create reporting to support the data needs of the HRBP Team.
- Partner with HR Ops Team in the administration of immigration and mobility programs
- Help review and design global HR policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
Other Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of legal requirements associated with day-to-day people management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal & customer service skills.
Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000-$120,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
