DescriptionTrinity is seeking a Vice President, Pricing, Contracting and Analytics. TGaS’ PCA solution helps biopharmaceutical companies navigate a challenging and changing pricing & contracting environment. TGaS provides a comprehensive method for optimizing the contract management functions, which assist clients to:
Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Pricing & Contract Management (contract development and administration) in biopharmaceutical and/or consulting companies.
Other Skills:
Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $280,000 - $300,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

- Optimize their organizational structure & resources
- Define department standards pertaining to roles and responsibilities
- Evaluate key business processes and provide capability analysis and comparison for each function within their PCA realms
- Optimize their existing contract management systems and data or implement new technology solutions
- Provide appropriate gap analysis observations, implications and prioritized action recommendations
- Assist with optimization projects at Client sites, including in-depth interviews with functional leaders, executives and stakeholders.
- Support Clients with addressing their specific needs in the Contract Management space, using the industry best practices.
- Analyze client’s current operational state to come up with comprehensive recommendations that comprehensively address the customer needs.
- Prepare Client reports summarizing improvement opportunities for client’s organizational structure, resources, roles & responsibilities, business processes, capabilities and systems.
- Participate in Strategy and Business Planning sessions with clients to drive the value of the optimization results into their processes.
- Build strong partnership with Clients and establish synergistic relationship with company Vice Presidents and Practice Principal(s).
- Assume primary responsibility for specific components of Client’s engagements.
- Be a catalyst to development and implementation of enhancements to existing Client solutions consistent with core business model.
- Actively participate in development of new programs and services for our clients based upon market need.
- Actively engage in the sales process, identifying opportunities to engage/upsell where appropriate.
Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Pricing & Contract Management (contract development and administration) in biopharmaceutical and/or consulting companies.
Other Skills:
- Sound understanding of the Contract Management functional areas’ roles & responsibilities.
- Familiarity with contracting strategies for key biopharmaceutical channels, such as Payers/PBMs, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, GPOs, wholesalers, etc.
- Familiarity with the typical systems used for contract development and administration (Model N, BPI, IntegriChain, etc.)
- A documented track record of developing and managing effective relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to independently and critically examine research data.
- Experience with producing custom and syndicated market research studies/reports.
- Strategic thinking, ability to align and customize projects to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills: group presentations, verbal and writing abilities.
- Consulting experience working directly with clients is a plus.
- Experience with integration of Contract Management Systems is a plus.
- Experience with contract profitability evaluation / analytics is a plus.
