Looking for an Owner's Representative / Project Manager to work with an excellent West Palm Beach based real estate and advisory firm. This company takes the role of Owner Representative very seriously, working with clients to establish strategies, identify priorities, assign responsibilities, execute the work, and exceed expectations. They utilize their extensive experience to manage the development and construction process on the owner’s behalf so they can remain focused on the big picture.

This is a great opportunity for a construction Project Manager to make the switch to the owner's rep/developer sector of the industry.

NOTE: Although this position is remote, the candidate must live in South Florida to be considered.

This person will deal with owners, developers, lenders, and contractors and function as a PM for the owner side of the business. This is truly an excellent opportunity to work for a growing real estate firm with a long-term outlook. Requirements:

7 years commercial construction/ project management experience

4-year Degree in construction management or related field is

preferred

Must have a great attitude and willingness to work within a team environment.
