Location: New Lenox, IL

Program or Service: Behavioral Health, Network 4

Salary Range: $50,000/annual, $1,000 and $2,000 increases after training, quarterly bonuses and length of service bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm three days a week; 11:00am-7:30pm two days a week.

Check out the Case Manager/ Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) position at Trinity Services. This position involves supporting program participants in residential and day program settings in the Will County area.

The Case Manager is a key member of the team; promoting growth opportunities for people supported with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental illness. The Case Manager plays a significant role in planning and supporting people in reaching their goals.
