Duties and responsibilities
- Understand real estate, title and lending transactions
- Prepare documents for closings
- Present and explain closing documents to buyers and sellers
- Exhibit strong math and computer skills
- Organize and prioritize tasks
- Pay close attention to details and timelines
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Work effectively with the office team
- Demonstrate confidence & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of closing/escrow documents including lender loan packages
- Review contracts, title commitments, and lenders instructions
- Scheduling and coordinating closings with all parties
- Preparing of Closing Disclosures and HUD’s
- Strong knowledge of rules and regulations industry wide

Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 Years Industry Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Physical requirements

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
