Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages the publication of Critical Care-related content updates on all regional properties.
- Coordinates between Global Brand team, third-party design agencies, and Edwards IT to ensure web page designs are properly published on website.
- Coordinates between Regional marketing teams, Global Brand Managers and IT to ensure latest page content is localized for all countries and published in a timely manner.
- Proofreads text / images / video / PDFs / links as needed, verifying the correct display of content (per brand guidelines). Checks markup and formatting of content. Troubleshoots minor issues with web production.
- Routes web page proofs for internal approvals by Global Brand or regional marketing teams.
- Closely tracks requested work within IT sprints via Jira project management system to ensure web page updates are delivered on time.
- Consolidates and compiles content edits for web pages to IT team.
- Communicates production timelines, deliverables, and updates to appropriate teams.
- Performs administrative duties, including processing payments to vendors; scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
Work Experience: Three years of digital and/or editorial project coordination experience in a marketing or digital publication role

- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across different countries.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, maintain commitments, and meet strict deadlines in a highly demanding and fast-paced work environment.
- A high level of initiative, problem solving skills, organization, and project management capabilities.
- Previous experience with publishing web page content using a web CMS.
- Knowledge of modern office methods, practices, and procedures; filing and organizational systems.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Flexibility in meeting shifting demands and priorities.
- Knowledge of HTML markup.
- Experience using Kentico content management system.
