• Clear Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with vendors and colleagues.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload your vehicle, ensuring vendors handle company vehicles with care.
• Efficient Navigation: Accurately follow routes, maps, and verbal directions to complete all runs efficiently.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle exterior clean and the interior free of debris and clutter. Report any issues or damages and assist in scheduling routine maintenance.
• Documentation: Regularly complete driver log documentation and maintain all paperwork traceability, such as delivery receipts and payment collections.
• Timely Deliveries: Follow schedules and reroute promptly in case of traffic or congestion.
• Warehouse Support: When not on the road, help prepare shipments for drop-offs and assist in maintaining an organized shipping and receiving department.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of logistics and warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
