Job Description
Position Description: The role of the Client Services Specialist is to provide world-class client services to our clients and employees by means of knowledge clusters performance working as a team as well as individually while exceeding expectations of current and prospective clients/employees of Trion Solutions.
Position Responsibilities: 100.00% - Responsibility #1-Client Services
1.\tFirst responder to client/worksite employee inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce.
a.\tManage case information through Salesforce software. Record case activity and close case as appropriate.
2.\tAssist client/worksite employee with onboarding and any technical issues they might experience.
3.\tRespond to request (s) from internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
4.\tWork effectively and efficiently across departments to identify and communicate resolution to client/worksite employees inquiries using technology and human interaction.
5.\tProvide ongoing proactive services and regular follow up to ensure positive Client rapport.
Responsibility #2-Administrative Support
1.\tClient/Employee Communications
a.\tAssist with Employee/Client termination notifications.
b.\tDistribute compliance communications as directed.
2.\tRun reports for clients as needed from Trion Human Resources Information Systems
Responsibility #3- Government Regulations
1.\tFollows all state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
2.\tProtects the company from liability and exposure.
3.\tIssue compliance communications as directed by Legal department.
Responsibility #4- Personal Development
1.\tContinue to learn and grow as a Human Resource professional company through continuous education.
2.\tComplete all mandatory training.
3.\tShare ideas that will help you and/or the company grow.
4.\tAdditional job duties as assigned.
Performance Measurement: \tAccurate (no errors and/or complaints), timely (by deadline) and consistent with required duties.
\tAttendance
\tAlignment of personal and Company goals and objectives.
\tFollows all state and local laws. As well as company policies and procedures.
\tCompletion of mandatory training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - \t2-4 years Human Resources/Work Comp/Client Service Experience preferred.
\tExperience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred
\tHighly ethical with the ability to understand and review state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
\tInteract with others in a spirit of teamwork, tact and professionalism, understanding of sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
\tBilingual English/Spanish a plus
\tHigh school graduate/equivalent with some college preferred.
\tPrevious administrative support experience with a high concentration on client service preferred.
\tPrior HR experience with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters a plus.
\tStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
\tGeneral knowledge of Internet navigation and research, email, fax transmissions, phone communication, and copy equipment.
\tProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
\tExcellent problem-solving skills, multitasking and flexibility.
\tExcellent communication skills, professionalism, focused, organized, and calm temperament.
