Job Description:
Currently looking for an interim HR Manager while we recruit and fill the permanent position. KVH has approximately 300 employees between the hospital, outpatient clinics and hospice agency. The HR department consists of four full-time staff: HR Manager, Recruiter, HR Business Partner, and HR Assistant. The HR Director supports the department on a strategic level. HRIS is Paycom. The focus of the interim manager would be to provide day-to-day support and mentoring for the HR team, manage FMLA (low volume), assist with recruitment for management level positions, employee relations, leadership support, and other HR operations responsibilities.
