- THIS ASSIGNMENT REQUIRES A HIGHLY SKILLED & EXPERIENCED SURG TECH WITH A WIDE LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE WITH ORTHO, NEURO, VASCULAR, ETC.
- ST will work 36-40 hours/week (start and end times are negotiable), with approximately every 5th weekend as a call weekend (split between Call 1 and Call 2) and 1-2 Calls per week (split between call 1 and call 2).
- Based upon department need and potential changes in staffing, the call volume could increase.
- The call requirements must mirror what the current staffing takes week to week.
- All call requires a 30-minute response time.
- Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
- BLS required.
- CST preferred but not required.
- Excellent critical thinking and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required
