We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in PropTech (Property Technology) and Real Estate. As an integral part of our sales team, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating leads, establishing new business relationships, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the company in reaching out to third-party property owners through various channels and methods.
• Develop strategies to engage third-party property owners through various channels.
• Build relationships with property owners, promoting our company as their preferred property management company (PMC).
• Utilize marketing, networking, and outreach methods to connect with potential clients.
• Tailor PMC services to meet property owners’ needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for client integration.
• Monitor industry trends for new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven track record in sales development and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of PropTech trends and the Real Estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in the Ktown area of Los Angeles.
