**Job Overview:** WEEKENDS REQUIRED

We are seeking a Car Wash Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and providing excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining the daily operations of the business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

• Organizing and managing team schedules
• Filling in for absent employees
• Ensuring employees follow company policies
• Delivering a high standard of customer service/sales
• Initiating and driving marketing efforts
• Boosting morale in the workplace
• Oversee/inspect all vehicles before and after
• Uphold and enforce standards, policies, and procedures
• Complete weekly compliance list for all locations
• Supervise and lead team members
• Participate in the recruitment and retention efforts to maintain competency of staff
• Select, interview, hire, and onboard team members (compliance - sexual harassment training)
• Complete duties including but not limited to time cards, scheduling, inventory, sales reports, training, chemical costs
• Evaluate and document employee competency and work effectiveness on a regular basis
• Ensure all team members are trained to meet their operational job duties
• Ensure safety measures are followed in all activities to protect team members and customers
• Ensure that the location is clean, neat, and orderly at all times
• Delegate tasks to develop team members and maintain a high functioning location
• Provide timely communication to team members and management team
• Set clear, attainable, challenging goals for the location
• Monitor and maintain operational cost within the location budget
• Ensure that the location is profitable and sales goals are met

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in car wash business and management

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
