Are you our next Account Manager?

Triple20 has an immediate opening for an Account Manager (associate to senior level). We are headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, and offer a hybrid work environment - two days (M,F) are work from anywhere, three days (TWTH) are in-office, collaboration days.

Account Managers at Triple20 are key instigators, anticipating clients’ needs and coming up with creative solutions that contribute to clients’ event strategy success. Account Managers develop relationships of influence in three verticals - trade show exhibits, product displays and corporate interiors - establishing key objectives, measuring project-to-project ROI and constantly searching for opportunities to experiment and partner with clients in the context of face-to-face brand experiences.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Manager whose core responsibility will be building relationships with clients in order to earn their business year after year. Objectives of this Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, building relationships of impact and influence with the world-changing companies that Triple20 serves
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Triple20’s products and service offerings to expand existing client business and identify opportunities with existing clients
  • Be an instigator, actively working alongside our client’s marketing teams and leadership to bring their brand vision and event strategy to life at trade shows and other live events
  • Work with Creative, Project and Production teams to develop winning proposals for client projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Meeting quarterly and annual margin targets
  • Working directly with clients to develop departmental budgets year to year
  • Pricing client projects and crafting proposals using that pricing
  • Communicating with Triple20 Creative, Projects and Production teams to ensure that projects in production meet client expectations and align with brand vision(s).
  • Communicating project details and changes to Triple20 Creative, Projects and Production teams on a daily basis
  • Training and developing new team members when necessary
  • Traveling to support project teams and clients at shows (10%-15%)

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience owning revenue responsibility, in sales and/or account management capacity, in a B to B environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule , in office Tues, Wed, Thursday
  • Proficiency with common customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in sales and/or account management capacity, in a B to B environment
  • Experience in the trade show or event marketing industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with best practices in sales, account management, and client success roles
