Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products on the production line, following established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
- Operate machinery and equipment required for assembly line work, such as drills, saws, and welders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up work areas at the end of each shift.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that products are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience with welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
