Corporate HR Coordinator

A client in Columbia is seeking a Corporate HR Coordinator to join their team. Must be a team player willing to wear multiple hats and assist where needed. Competitive salary, annual bonus stock, excellent benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential and sensitive employee/company information
• Responsible for the HR email account and maintaining data in HRIS
• Assist with employee benefit questions, run reports, maintain files, coordinate awards, respond to audits, invoicing/budgeting, credit card statements
• Meeting agendas, order lunches, calendars, coordinate random drug screenings, new hire offer packages, assist with planning/setup/cleanup of company events, serve as backup to front desk, etc.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in corporate environments is required
• High school diploma/equivalent
• 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Suite
• Strong written, verbal, customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
