What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage accounting functions including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations and support month end and year end close process.
- Provide financial analysis to support forecasting and reporting to guide business decisions and strategy.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, conducting audits and improving internal controls.
- Mentor and guide staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance financial efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
- 4 years’ related accounting experience.
- Proficiency with large ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and leadership at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
