TriSource is currently hiring for Youth Residential Counselors to begin working residential group homes for youth/adolescents with a well known non-profit organization.

These group homes are located within the Ewing, NJ area.

Responsibilities:

• Provides therapeutic milieu within a residential day treatment facility for children and adolescents who have survived turmoil
• Works alongside children and adolescents who have behavioral concerns
• Maintains a safe and calm environment
• Follows resident’s treatment plan to ensure that all needs are met
• Assists with ADL’s to ensure smooth operation of the day

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license for at least 6 months
• Ability to pass a drug and background screen
• Have one step TB test and Physical exam within the past 12 month
• CPR and First Aid
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be comfortable/ have experience working with the youth/ vulnerable population

Shifts Available:

• Saturday Sunday 7a-3p
• Friday- Monday 3p-11p
