- The contractor would be required to work 1 Saturday a month and should be available to work additional hours around the end of the month closing.
- Will provide clerical accounting support to the Accounting Department.
- Accounts Payable Invoice Research and Processing
- Inventory Adjustments
- Monthly Labor Audit
- Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts
- Assist with month end close process
- Other Administrative Duties as requested
- High School Diploma, Proficient in Microsoft Office software; 1 Years’ experience in business/clerical or accounting field; Ability to maintain confidential data
- Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field 3-5 Years’ experience in business or accounting environment, including Accounts Payable
