Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of related manufacturing technician experience.
- Good fine motor skills.
- Willingness and capability to learn new tasks.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with peers for training and workflow coordination.
- 5 plus years of experience related to similar manufacturing functions.
- 2-year technical associate degree
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Client considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Client provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
