Position Description

Planners provide support on a variety of tasks and projects withinthe Clients ESFacilities Department. The candidate must be aselfstarter with a flexible mindset who is able to work withmultiple Facilities personnel at multiple Clients locations withinthe New England Area (primarily focused in Southern NH) to ensuresuccessful capital project planning and delivery.

Candidate willalso be expected to support the Facilities IWMS (TRIRIGA) systemwith data entry / updates and basic CAD support.

Skills Required

AutoCAD and or 2D 3D design softwareExperience.

Experience with Space Planning Objectivesand Execution.

Excellent communications skills bothwritten and verbal with all levels of management.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proactively searches for process improvement.

Ability to interpret and applypolicy and procedure.

Microsoft Office

Skills Preferred

IWMS Experience (TRIRIGA preferred) MSProject (Preferred) Power BI (preferred) Program / project managementexperience.

Experience Required

Bachelors Degree or 5 years related experience.

Developand maintain excellent working relationship with key businesspartners.

Engaging with the Business Area andFunctional leaders to understand office and lab requirements andprovide timely solutions to meet the demand to execute on ourgovernment contracts.

Updating IWMS (TRIRIGA) systemwith space usage data and employee locations

Developsite occupancy plan for supply and demand : analysis of forecastedheadcount and seat supply projections supporting graphs stackingplans move scenarios challenges and pros / cons for eachrecommendation.

Implement move plan in accordance withthe approved occupancy plan along with daytoday service requests.

Support change management as it pertains changingworkspace and work style.

Support communication plan asit pertains to occupancy plan.

Drive to improve SiteLeadership awareness by providing trending analysis : new hireterminations moves vacancy actual vs forecast.

Striveto maintain best in class space and occupancy data.

Implement processes and development continuous improvementrecommendations.

Ensure compliance with safety andenvironmental objectives.

Running biweekly meetings forthe site facilities team.

EducationRequired

Bachelors Degree or 5 years relatedexperience.
