Job Summary:
Assists the Director of Quality, Emergency Operations and Safety in preparing plans and procedures for responding to natural disasters and other emergencies. Coordinates and supports departmental meetings and educational activities. Provides data analysis and reporting in a well-organized and timely manner. Assists Director with preparing communications, presentations and training. Works on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the department’s projects and communications. Work priorities vary week to week regarding hands-on scenario-based training/drill activities, emergency program maintenance duties, and various administrative support duties for the department and collaborative groups. Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
