Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Administrator, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
• Prepare and process sales orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with the development of sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Work Schedule

We offer a hybrid work schedule that allows you to work in the office and remotely, depending on your preference and availability. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and be available during regular business hours.
