Management and Oversight:

- Manage the household’s schedules and timekeeping for contract labor

- Coordinate contractors for repairs, renovations, and development

- Review and submit contract labor fees, invoices, and expenses

- Walkthrough of house and grounds to identify/address any current or potential issues

- Meet with house staff to ensure all areas are being kept to expected standard

- Meet with grounds crew to assess and assign current and upcoming tasks

Hands-on Responsibilities:

- Inspect and repair general maintenance items throughout property

- Follow maintenance schedule for weekly, monthly, annual, and seasonal tasks

- Stock basic supplies for the house

- Run errands and perform requested tasks

- Prepare house for arrival of family and guests

- Assist as needed when family is in residence

Housing:

- Must be able to live on site in the Manager’s House

- Included are all major appliances, internet, cable, all utilities
