Triton Management Group is Hiring an Always Money - Customer Service Representative Near Phenix, AL
Customer service representatives will be the first point of contact for customers. Customer service representatives will respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging each customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
Aggressively find a way to create new loans while maintaining proper underwriting standards.
Understand customer needs and ability to pay back loans.
Control bad debt through 100% execution of Positive Collection Practices.
Assist with local store marketing initiatives.
Accurately complete applications to include calculation of income and ability to repay and updating of confidential customer information without error.
Guard all customer confidential information against errors, miscalculations and incorrect dissemination of their data.
Any task deemed requested by supervisor
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literacy
2 years of relevant experience
Experience in financial services environment, preferred
