Job Responsibilities:
- Answer internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet customers, vendors and other visitors
- Input client details into Customer Record Management System
- Plan & schedule customer appointments and events for all staff
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office equipment
- Email, print and file documents
- Order and stock office/kitchen/refreshment area with supplies
- Provide superior hostmanship by maintaining, cleaning and organizing the reception area, showroom, conference room and showroom restrooms
- Prepare opportunity paperwork for distribution to design consultants
- Process payments
- Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management
- HS Diploma or GED
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
- 2 years of reception/general office experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google's equivalate Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism
- Must pass work eligibility requirements
