Salary: $495/week base commission

Position Summary

As a Bike Sales Associate, we are looking for someone knowledgeable and passionate about power sports brands such as BMW, KTM, Triumph, Ducati, Royal Enfield, and more! If you have excellent sales service and go the extra mile to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive sales, WE WANT YOU!

*Please Note: Motorcycle Endorsement Required!

Duties Include:

• Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks into the dealership to when they leave
• Create and exceed new and used sales quotas 
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
• Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
• Keeping the CRM System updated
• Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
• Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the brands, including but not limited to BMW, KTM, Triumph, Ducati, Honda, Indian Motorcycle, Kawasaki, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Victory Motorcycles, Yamaha, and Royal Enfield Bikes

• Performance based pay plans with earning potential estimated between $50,000-$75,000 a year (Base Commission)
