Responsibilities : Highlight the value proposition of the products / services being offered to drive new customer enrollment.
Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges. Keep up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients.
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning. Qualifications : The ability to adapt and think on your feet is a plus A collaborative team player The ability to understand each customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions The ability to adjust to changing situations, products, and strategies, while maintaining a positive attitude and high levels of performance.
