Triumph is Hiring an Engineer, Test 1 Near Redmond, WA
ResponsibilitiesAs a Test Systems Engineer, you will work to develop and implement automated testing solutions for our aerospace products. This may include software development in LabVIEW or other languages, hardware schematic development for both circuit boards and industrial test systems, test documentation, building test systems and utilizing those test systems to conduct Acceptance and Qualification tests for electromechanical and hydraulic aerospace products. You will work alongside Landing Gear and Actuation engineers. Test Systems has a flexible and collaborative culture. This is a full time, on-site role.
Test Systems Engineer Duties Include, But Not Limited To
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Bonus Pay
Hiring Range and Position Pay to Commensurate with leveling based on Qualifications and Experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions. All inquiries related to citizenship are asked solely to comply with ITAR and EAR export licensing requirements.
Test Systems Engineer Duties Include, But Not Limited To
- Develop and implement test plans for aerospace products
- Develop automated test systems and conduct testing
- Analyze and validate test data
- Design and build aircraft harnesses and test harnesses
- Design circuit boards and electromechanical assemblies
- Troubleshoot issues with Test Stands
- Develop scripts and software for Test Stands
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab space
- Engineering Degree or 4 years of relevant electronics / hydraulic / test experience
- Familiarity with electromechanical systems
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, LabVIEW)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
