Role: Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist Local to LA preferred Duration 12 months
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday functional and technical aspects, with experience in Project Management Office (PMO), training, and support/ maintenance. The Workday CoE Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the optimization and continuous improvement of our Workday system, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday System Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and issues.
Project Management (PMO): Lead and manage Workday projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and internal teams on Workday functionalities and best practices.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday users.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Workday functional and technical roles, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
Proven experience in project management, particularly within a PMO environment.
Strong training and development skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and finance processes and how they integrate with Workday.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Workday certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
