Marketing Manager

Do you have a track record of initiating, deploying and managing an entire marketing funnel (organic and paid) with everything from determination of investment allocation, development and management of campaigns, through measurement and optimization?

If so, we at TRM CPA would love to chat with you about our new Marketing Manager position!

TRM CPA is a modern tax and accounting firm at a pivotal time of growth and we are looking for individuals eager to make an impact and help us grow. We are looking to bring on our first Marketing Manager who has a track record of success in all areas of digital marketing.

Duties include:

• Track performance of various marketing campaigns, including organic social media, email marketing, webinars, and paid ads.
• Edit video and image content for social media posts across various social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Record video for content purposes.
• Suggest content ideas based on current trends and what content types are working
• Funnel Optimization and creation.
• Metric reporting and analysis (account engagement, growth, leads, etc.)
• Recommend and monitor budget allocation for paid advertising campaigns
• Copywriting for ad campaigns and email newsletters

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
