Job Description:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid to on-site role in Prince George County. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and subject matter experts, to design and implement solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and other documentation to support system development and implementation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Participate in testing activities, such as user acceptance testing, to validate solution functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry
- Proficient in analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly terms
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Experience with healthcare-specific software and systems, such as electronic medical records (EMR) or practice management systems, is preferred
- No visa restrictions
