- Maintain Quality Assurance Department records, both hard copy and electronic copy
- Perform simple quality tests, casting/pasting inspections, curing released, voltage, gravity, etc.
- Perform acid receiving analysis and load acceptance
- Perform battery autopsy analysis and identify failure modes
- Assists QA Engineer with data collection and analysis
- Understand the battery manufacturing process from receiving through shipping
- Review circuit tending paperwork
- Troubleshoot any conditions that adversely affect product quality
- Make recommendations for adjusting equipment
- Fully perform QA procedures in all plant and shipping areas
- Perform electrical testing/analysis of all battery types
- Responsible individual with strong work ethic
- Available for various shifts, and overtime
