Basic Description:

We are looking for a full-time Retail/Sales Manager to assist with the day to day operations of the retail/front office portion of TROPHY Creative.

The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, organization, office management and maintaining a retail showroom.

• Familiar with basic office software and willing to learn new programs

• Able to stand for a good portion of your shift
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Available to work an occasional Saturday
• Enjoy eating breakfast burritos at least once a month!
• Enjoy being creative (after all - it’s in our name!)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls
• Greet in-store customers
• Schedule incoming orders via phone calls, emails and in person.
• Become familiar with product and pricing structure
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
• Keep the showroom neat and assist with merchandising
• Accept payments in the form of cash, check or card
• Order invoicing
• Place calls and emails to remind customers of completed product
• Maintain a computerized product inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
