JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Associate

We are looking for an  experienced  Sales Person, who can bring an immediate, positive impact to our Retail Store in Miami . You will be performing task like:

· Answering daily phone calls from Customers.

· Generate quotes for customer needs.

· Accepting and processing orders in the Sales Management system, operate the POS system and resolve any returns issues.

· Recommend related products to increase customer’s options and enrich the shopping experience.

· Management of a regular client book for follow up sales.

· Support the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales goals.

· Develop a strong relationship with Clients to meet their needs and be recurring.

· Clean and maintain organization in the sales Department.

Minimum Requirements

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Strong communication skills

· Quick learning style

· Motivated and committed with a desire to succeed in the Awards industry.

· Team work attitude and very professional

· High school level

· Processes oriented

· Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service;
