What you will do:
The General Manager helps to ensure that day to day business operations run smoothly. Essential functions will include, but are not limited to:

Working cooperatively and in tandem with café crew

Managing store staff – hiring and firing responsibilities

Placing vendor orders

Scheduling

Managing the Daily Shift
Enhancing the customers’ brand experience
Maintaining operational excellence
Ensuring proper hiring, orientation, training, and development of hourly employees
Assisting leadership team in planning & budgeting to meet and exceed café labor and inventory controls
